In times of rising inflation, increasing operational costs, and the need to invest in innovative technologies, we find it necessary to raise our fees. 

We understand that fee adjustments can be difficult for you as our valued customers.  However, we want to emphasize that this measure is essential to ensure the quality and security of the services you expect from us.  By adapting to current economic challenges, we can continue providing you with fast, reliable, and secure payment processing.

*Transactions below  PhP50,000  –  10 mins  to   24 hours

*Transactions   above    PhP50,000 – 2 to 3 Banking days

* Cash Pick up – within 10 mins to 24 hrs

Please contact us, if you want to send an amount above Php 500.000,00 per transaction or €10.000,00 per financial year. You need to fill up a form and send us the proof of funds and purpose of the transaction.

Service Fee for a Payment Certificate for one financial year (Einzahlungsbescheinigung für das Finanzamt) – 8,00 Euro

Service Fee for return transfer from German Trust Account (MA Transworld) to own German Savings Account – 5,00 Euro

Service Fee for return transfer from German Trust Account (MA Transworld) to own Austrian Bank  Account – 8,00 Euro

For invalid transactions (Closed Account, Invalid Account, etc) – only net Euro amount is refundable. However, charges applied by the Philippine Bank will also be deducted.
